Help abolish the feres doctrine.

The feres doctrine is a policy that was instituted in 1950 or so it argues that...
The United States is not liable under the Federal Tort Claims Act for injuries to members of the armed forces sustained while on active duty and not on furlough and resulting from the negligence of others in the armed forces. Due to this, Soldiers, sailors, airman, whom become ill due to vaccinations can not seek damages of the injuries caused. In order to seek damages we must abolish the feres doctrine.
